And More

Nervous System Regulation

Helping calm the nervous system to support relaxation, self healing, resilience, and overall well-being.

Immune System Support

Craniosacral therapy gently supports the body's immune and lymphatic systems by improving mobility of surrounding tissues, encouraging healthy fluid movement, and helping the nervous system shift into a state where healing and repair can occur naturally.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Pregnancy places incredible demands on the body. Craniosacral therapy helps create space for movement, balance, and relaxation by addressing tension throughout the body, including the jaw, pelvis, diaphragm, and surrounding tissues. Sessions can help ease common pregnancy discomforts, support preparation for birth, and encourage a smoother postpartum recovery.

Fertility Support

A calming, whole-body approach that may help reduce stress, promote hormone balance, and support your wellness journey while trying to conceive. CST is intended to complement — not replace — medical fertility care.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER)

A gentle CST process that supports the release of physical tension and emotional stress patterns, encouraging greater ease, balance, and mind-body awareness.

Common reasons families seek pediatric CranioSacral Therapy:

  • Difficult birthing process / tension post-birth
  • Feeding challenges
  • Oral restrictions (tongue, lip, and cheek ties)*
  • Latch difficulties
  • Colic and digestive discomfort
  • Torticollis
  • Plagiocephaly (head shape concerns)
  • Sleep challenges
  • Sensory regulation
  • General relaxation and nervous system support
  • Post illness

*Oral restrictions often benefit from a collaborative approach with providers such as physical therapists, feeding specialists, lactation consultants, pediatric dentists, ENTs, speech-language pathologists, and other bodyworkers. CranioSacral Therapy is commonly used before and after frenectomy procedures to help optimize mobility and reduce tension.

My Mission

"Luma exists to help the body heal by supporting the nervous system, improving mobility, and restoring balance from the inside out."

I believe symptoms are messages, not the root problem. My goal is to gently uncover and address the underlying restrictions that may be affecting how the body functions. Healing doesn't come from forcing the body. It comes from creating an environment where the body feels safe enough to heal itself.

What Families Are Saying

These reviews reflect real experiences working one-on-one with Madison in her CranioSacral practice, shared here with her clients' original Google reviews.

★★★★★

"Madison is amazing! We saw her post tongue + lip tie release for my newborn and we were amazed at the immediate difference! Her work was so gentle my baby fell asleep during her craniosacral work. It is very clear Madison is passionate about her work. She treats you like a friend and goes above and beyond during the session and after too. We drove nearly 2 hours to see Madison, and it was well worth our time and money."

"Madison gave my toddler and preschooler thirty minutes of Craniosacral massage each, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She went at their pace and made it a very fun and enjoyable experience for us, rather than forcing the treatment like I had experienced with some other practitioners at other places. Most noticeable improvement: my toddler started talking a lot more, right after the first session. We've been back a couple times since, and the speech improvements have only increased!"

"I had a Craniosacral & Visceral Manipulation session from Madison recently and it was incredible. Amazingly cathartic and definitely therapeutic. She was informative, skillful and so very kind. I sincerely appreciated her time and talents. We are so lucky to have her gifts available in our area."

"I've taken all my infants to Madison. It works wonders for them in the early days, to open up their bodies and loosen up their tummies and neck for better feeding. I recommend her to all my mom friends!"

"We recently brought our one-week-old daughter in after hearing glowing recommendations from friends, especially about the 'baby magic' nervous system massages. We saw Madison, and she was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the whole vibe was warm and welcoming. During the session, our daughter was so relaxed, I'd never seen her that calm before. We came in curious but hopeful, and we left blown away. It's clear she knows what she's doing with babies."

"I cannot recommend Madison enough! We initially went to her for craniosacral work due to our son's very high tension in his hips. Our 2-week-old could barely straighten his left leg, and within seconds Madison had him so relaxed we saw his little leg straighten before our eyes. She checks in on our son's progress, but also checks in on us as first-time parents to make sure we have answers to all our questions. We are so incredibly grateful for Madison!"

"Madison is incredible! She gave my baby craniosacral massage several times to help with tension related to a lip and tongue tie. We noticed more ease eating and sleeping after sessions with her! Could not recommend working with her enough."
