Holistic Healing
When the nervous system feels safe, the body can thrive.
Our Approach
At Luma Craniosacral Therapy, we look beyond symptoms to uncover the "why." Using gentle, hands-on techniques, we support the body's natural ability to heal, helping improve function, regulation, movement, and overall well-being.
Every treatment is personalized, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that when the nervous system feels safe, the body can thrive.
What We Offer
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body's natural ability to heal — for every stage of life, from newborns to adults.
Gentle, nurturing care designed specifically for growing bodies.
Common reasons families seek pediatric CranioSacral Therapy:
*Oral restrictions often benefit from a collaborative approach with providers such as physical therapists, feeding specialists, lactation consultants, pediatric dentists, ENTs, speech-language pathologists, and other bodyworkers. CranioSacral Therapy is commonly used before and after frenectomy procedures to help optimize mobility and reduce tension.
Helping calm the nervous system to support relaxation, self healing, resilience, and overall well-being.
Craniosacral therapy gently supports the body's immune and lymphatic systems by improving mobility of surrounding tissues, encouraging healthy fluid movement, and helping the nervous system shift into a state where healing and repair can occur naturally.
Pregnancy places incredible demands on the body. Craniosacral therapy helps create space for movement, balance, and relaxation by addressing tension throughout the body, including the jaw, pelvis, diaphragm, and surrounding tissues. Sessions can help ease common pregnancy discomforts, support preparation for birth, and encourage a smoother postpartum recovery.
A calming, whole-body approach that may help reduce stress, promote hormone balance, and support your wellness journey while trying to conceive. CST is intended to complement — not replace — medical fertility care.
A gentle CST process that supports the release of physical tension and emotional stress patterns, encouraging greater ease, balance, and mind-body awareness.
My Mission
I believe symptoms are messages, not the root problem. My goal is to gently uncover and address the underlying restrictions that may be affecting how the body functions. Healing doesn't come from forcing the body. It comes from creating an environment where the body feels safe enough to heal itself.
About
3 Years in CranioSacral Therapy · 10 Years in Manual Therapy
Hi, I'm Madison — a Physical Therapist Assistant, Licensed Massage Therapist, and the heart behind Luma Craniosacral Therapy.
My path to craniosacral therapy began through my own journey as a mother. I have two beautiful sons who completely changed the way I viewed the body, healing, and the kind of care I wanted to provide. They ultimately led me away from a traditional physical therapy role and into the world of craniosacral therapy and holistic, whole-body care.
Pediatrics will always hold a special place in my heart. I have a deep love for working with babies and children and supporting their bodies during some of their most important stages of growth and development. I'm especially passionate about fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn care. Motherhood has made this work incredibly personal to me, and I love being able to support women and babies through such tender and transformative seasons of life.
I also have a special interest in the immune system and the connection between inflammation, the nervous system, and whole-body function. My own experience living with a chronic inflammatory condition — and seeing how much craniosacral therapy supported my body — gave me an even deeper appreciation for gentle, hands-on care and the body's incredible capacity to find greater balance.
Outside of Luma, I'm happiest with my family. I love being outside, slowing down in nature, and I especially thrive in the mountains.
At Luma, my approach is gentle, intuitive, and rooted in looking at the whole person rather than just one symptom. My goal is to create a space where babies, children, mothers, and families feel safe, heard, and supported. It is an honor to bring that heart into every person and family I have the privilege of caring for.

"Before finding Madison, I knew our family needed support, but I didn’t know what that could really look like. She has worked with me and our two young daughters, and it’s been such a gift. Our youngest had a really dysregulated nervous system and would have extreme tantrums that felt so hard for all of us. Over time, we’ve seen her become calmer, recover more quickly, and just seem more settled in her body. It’s been amazing to watch. What I appreciate most is how safe and cared for she makes us feel. She never rushes anything, meets us exactly where we are, and truly cares. I’m so thankful we found her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for support for themselves or their child. Our girls love going to see ‘Miss Madison’."
